In the meantime we're going to ask for some videos of your dog moving around so try and capture:

Your dog walking at a normal pace - if possible we need to see from all angles, front back, and each side.
If your dog trots or runs, it would be helpful to see this too from all angles.
Any moves they particularly struggle with, like steps or getting into the car.
